Disclosure for Fee-Charging Employment Placement Services
In accordance with Article 32-13 of the Employment Security Act and Article 24-5 of its Enforcement Regulations, we disclose the following items.

・We appropriately manage the personal information of job seekers and employers, and do not disclose or provide it to third parties without the individual's consent. We also respond promptly to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information.
We use the personal information obtained through our employment placement operations for the following purposes.
・Providing job seekers with the most suitable job information and managing progress
・Referrals to recruiting companies and conducting selection
・Post-placement follow-up and conducting surveys
・Managing information in accordance with laws (such as the Employment Security Act)
・We collect fees from employers (recruiting companies) based on a contract concluded in advance.

・When a complaint is raised, we handle it promptly and appropriately in good faith.
・If a referred worker leaves the company early, we have a system in place to refund fees. For details, please refer to "3. Refund System."
The fees we charge employers (recruiting companies) are as follows.
・Fee amount: 35% of the placed candidate's expected annual income (consumption tax separate)
*Expected annual income refers to the total wages (including base salary, allowances, and bonuses) anticipated to be paid during the first year from the date of permanent hire.
If a candidate we referred leaves the company early after joining, we have a system to refund a portion of the placement fee received.
・Resignation within 1 month of joining: 80% of the placement fee
・Resignation after 1 month and within 3 months of joining: 50% of the placement fee
・Resignation after 3 months and within 6 months of joining: 10% of the placement fee
*This system does not apply in cases of dismissal, bankruptcy, resignation due to reasons attributable to the employer, or resignation due to conditions significantly different from those agreed upon in advance.
