Our mission
Redesigning the structures of industry and culture.
It carries both a disruptive meaning, "to fundamentally change the very industries where SaaS and SIers proliferate," and a creative purpose, "to change the structure of the industries we serve through our products."
Using artificial intelligence, we will continue to be a company that breaks down established industry conventions and irrational structures, fusing our own philosophy with technology to fundamentally redesign the "systems" of society, industry, and culture.
We aim to make a significant contribution to optimizing human decision-making.

A message from our CEO
We run our business under the mission of rebuilding existing industries and culture through technology.
Japan's manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, retail, and other industries have technology and frontline expertise that rank among the world's best. Yet much of it still runs on fragmented data, person-dependent judgment, and outdated system architectures. Information that should be connected is not. As a result, we feel that frontlines capable of evolving faster and stronger are held back by structural constraints from realizing their full potential.
STARUP was born to change that very structure. We are neither a mere contract development firm nor just a SaaS company. We are a company that goes deep into the field, understands the work, and uses AI and software to build an "operating system for frontline decision-making."
